Return Policy

We offer an exchange or refund, by the original payment method, on garments, unworn swimwear (with hygienic seal) within 7 days of the purchase date. After 7 days, merchandise may be exchanged only if unworn. 

Please note that fabric face masks cannot be returned due to safety and hygienic reasons.

Undergarments are Final Sale for hygienic reasons. We cannot offer refunds on swimwear if the hygienic seal is not in place or has been broken. 

All Merchandise must be returned in the original selling condition. No returns or exchanges on sale items.

**Chargeback Policy Continued**

In the event that a customer initiates a chargeback without first contacting us to attempt to resolve any issue, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback. We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any concerns regarding their order.

If a chargeback is initiated, we may temporarily suspend the customer's account until the chargeback is resolved. Additionally, we may charge a fee to cover the costs associated with the chargeback.

By placing an order with us, you are stating that you have read & understand all policies. You agree to contact us first to attempt to resolve any disputes before initiating a chargeback. Failure to do so may result in additional fees and account suspension.
