Behind The Beast / CEO

I was born and raised in Southeast Washington, D.C., in the city’s poorest ward—a place where adversity was a way of life. I grew up surrounded by loss, losing loved ones to violence and seeing others incarcerated. Raised in a single-parent household as the youngest of three, I watched my mother work tirelessly, late nights and early mornings, just to make ends meet.

Despite my environment, I made a choice early on: I wouldn’t let my circumstances define me. I stayed out of trouble, not just for myself, but to make things easier for my mother. While many around me followed the streets, I followed my own mind. That mindset carried me through college, where I became a first-generation graduate—an accomplishment that wasn’t just for me, but for everyone who never had the same opportunity.

But even with education and achievements, the battle wasn’t over. The mental weight of growing up with less, constantly having to prove my worth, and overcoming challenge after challenge never left. I understood firsthand what it meant to fight through struggle, to wear pain like a badge, and to push forward when the odds were against me.

That’s why I created Humble Beast Clothing—not just a brand, but a movement. It represents those who carry a humble spirit but possess an unstoppable mentality. It’s for the ones who have faced adversity, yet refuse to be broken by it. Through every design, every message, and every piece, I want to give people the confidence and motivation to keep pushing—because no matter where you come from, you have the power to be greater in spite of it.

This isn’t just clothing. This is a testament to resilience. A reminder that struggle doesn’t define you—your fight does.
