SHIPPING & RETURNS
Purchasing
- Stock Availability: All drops limited to 30-50 pieces. Items in your shopping cart are not guaranteed to be in stock until the order is fulfilled. If an item sells out, you will be notified via email about the unavailable item.
- Order Processing: During the checkout process, you will be shown the available shipping methods and their associated costs.
Shipping
- Processing Time: Once we receive your order, please allow 48 to 72 hours for processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays). This processing time is separate from the shipping time.
- Tracking Information: After processing is completed, you will receive a tracking number immediately. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on the carrier.
- Lost or Misplaced Packages: Once the carrier has received a package, it is out of our control. If a package is lost in transit or marked as delivered but not received, the customer will need to resolve the issue directly with the carrier. We will not issue refunds or provide compensation for lost or misplaced packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address: If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, there are two options:

Refund: The order amount (excluding the original shipping cost) will be refunded.

Reshipment: We will reship the order to the correct address at no additional cost one time only. If the order is returned again due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost to resend the order.

Returns & Exchanges
- Return Eligibility: We accept returns for items that are in new, unworn, and resalable condition within 7 days from the delivery date of your order. No return on sale items.
- Return Options: Once you initiate the return process, you will receive store credit for an exchange or refund. 5% restock fee will be assessed to total refund amount.
Defective or Incorrect Items: In the rare event that you receive a wrong or defective item, we apologize for the inconvenience. You can choose between store credit or an exchange or refund.
Refunds
Shipping Costs: Please note that we do not pay shipping costs.
Special Offers Policy
- Special Offer Restrictions: For special offers such as "Buy 1, Get 2 Free," items purchased as part of the offer are not eligible for exchange, refund or store credit unless there is an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective items sent).
- No Exchanges or Store Credit: Items obtained through special promotions cannot be exchanged for other items or converted into store credit.
Fraud Policy
- Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent based on our system's detection.
- Verification: If you believe your order was mistakenly flagged as fraudulent, please contact our customer service to verify your information and resolve the issue.
- We will reach out via email or text message to confirm you placed the order if flagged in our system.
Pre-Order Policy
- Processing Time: If you are purchasing a pre-order item, please allow 7-14 days for your order to be processed and shipped.
- Delivery Time: Once shipped, delivery times will vary based on the selected shipping method and carrier.
Store Credit Policy
- Validity: Store credit is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
- Expiration: After 30 days, the store credit will expire and cannot be renewed or reissued.
- Usage: Store credit can be used for any purchase on our website within the validity period.
ChargeBacks

**Chargeback Policy Continued**
In the event that a customer initiates a chargeback without first contacting us to attempt to resolve any issue, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback. We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any concerns regarding their order.
If a chargeback is initiated, we may temporarily suspend the customer's account until the chargeback is resolved. Additionally, we may charge a fee to cover the costs associated with the chargeback.
By placing an order with us, you are stating that you have read & understand all policies. You agree to contact us first to attempt to resolve any disputes before initiating a chargeback. Failure to do so may result in additional fees and account suspension.
